Our world is fast, confusing and impersonal.  With technological advancements, our minds are not
silent to create; prepared images and opinions are constantly placed in front of us.  One must choose
a path to calm and comfort, a place to go, a time to stop and escape, if only for a short time.  

I created Linear Motion designs as a young child.  I used the process to calm, distract and entertain
myself,  as many children do with their artwork.  It has always, and continues to be a source of
comfort and peace to me. As a young adult, I created work to represent my thoughts, symbols and
music of my time.

Currently, I create Linear Motion pieces to escape into a world of color and design.  It is my desire to
take viewers there as well.   Just for a short time, I’d like you to be somewhere else.
